NLCC is the home for the Edgewater Community Council's year-round After School Arts program for local elementary school students. Then there's the Musical Theater Day Camp for Kids (the first two weeks of June); the Day to Create (a special classroom fieldtrip opportunity in which students engage in intensive, hands-on learning in no less than three artistic disciplines); GoGirlGo, and many an After School Matters project has taken form through NLCC.
